Herbal actions: hypotensive, peripheral vasodilator, mild sedative [Herbal Action Glossary]
Recommended dose: 20 - 55 drops up to 3x/d with or after a meal. Maximum dose of 8mL per day. Alternatively, add to water, juice or smoothie. Shake well before use.
Each 1mL contains dried herb equivalent of 1000mg
