The Virtual Consultation Guidelines for Nutrition and Ingestive Modalities (ANTA)
Conditions of Booking Confirmation
To confirm your online consultation, please complete the following steps:
Fill out the provided client intake form.
Read and sign the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclosure Agreement.
Email the completed documents and your availability to: dosebotanicals@protonmail.com
Pay the initial consultation invoice and include proof of payment (e.g., a screenshot) in your email.
Important: All steps must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the agreed consultation date and time. If not received in time, your booking may be cancelled or rescheduled.
Conditions of Payment
Full payment must be received prior to your appointment unless otherwise discussed.
If payment is delayed due to banking systems, proof of transaction may be required.
Please reference your invoice number when making payment.
Post-Consultation Prescriptions:
After your session, you will receive an invoice for any agreed-upon herbal products or supplements.
Once paid, a detailed treatment plan with a dosage calendar will be sent to you via email.
A physical copy of the plan will also be included with your prescription package.
Products are typically shipped within 10 days, unless special preparations require a longer period.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your consultation:
48+ hours' notice: Full refund available.
24–48 hours’ notice: A $50 cancellation fee applies.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund unless financial hardship is evident and discussed directly.
No-shows: Full consultation fee will be charged.
We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to offer your time slot to others who may be waiting.
Working with Children
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during consultations.
Adolescents may request private discussion of certain health matters. This can be arranged in consultation with the attending adult.
This policy ensures both the safety of the minor and protection for the practitioner.
