SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 are eligible for free standard shipping, excluding bulk custom orders and express post upgrades.

1. Shipping Options:

  • Standard Postage: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days from the date of your shipping confirmation email.

  • Express Postage: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days from your shipping confirmation email. Additional charges apply.

⚠️ Note:
Free shipping for orders under $150 only applies to seed purchases without tracking. If you select this option and include additional products, postage fees will be applied before dispatch.

If you have not received your order within 10 business days (excluding public holidays) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@dose-botanicals.com with your full name and order number.

2. Custom & Personalised Orders

Shipping times for custom formulations or bulk orders may vary depending on the complexity and size of your request. Please contact Jaynaya via email after placing your order to discuss estimated delivery timelines.

3. Domestic Shipping Only

We currently offer shipping within Australia only.
We are actively exploring international shipping options to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and make our products available globally in the future.

4. Handling Procedure

All orders are handled with care and processed weekly:

  • Processing Day: Monday

  • Dispatch Day: Tuesday

For example, an order placed on Wednesday will be processed the following Monday and shipped on Tuesday. As DOSE Botanicals is a sole trader business operating in a semi-rural area, your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

You will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email after purchase

  2. A shipping confirmation email (with tracking, if applicable) once dispatched

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect your items. If anything is incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Refunds

We offer refunds in cases where a product:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Has been tampered with prior to delivery

To request a refund:

  • Email info@dose-botanicals.com

  • Include a photograph of the damage and your order number

Change-of-mind purchases or unintentional orders are not eligible for refunds.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow time for the refund to appear, as processing time varies depending on your bank or credit card provider.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The seal remains unbroken

  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To begin the return process, contact us at info@dose-botanicals.com. If your return is approved:

  • We will issue a return shipping label

  • Instructions will be provided for returning your item

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Due to legal and hygiene regulations, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom formulations and bulk bottles

  • Consultations and therapeutic services

  • Functional pathology and testing services

  • Personalised herbal medicines

  • Flower essence blends

  • Sale items or discounted products

  • Gift cards

Under the National Health Act and Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) guidelines, we are not permitted to refund or replace medicinal products unless they are faulty or tampered with at sale. Re-dispensing previously supplied medicine is also prohibited by law.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • First, return the original item following the steps above

  • Once accepted, place a new, separate order for the item you wish to receive
