Herbal actions: carminative, spasmolytic/antispasmodic, mild sedative, diaphoretic, TSH antagonist, antiviral (topically) [Herbal Action Glossary]
Recommended dose: 20 - 40 drops up to 3x/d. Maximum dose of 5mL per day. Alternatively, add to water, juice or smoothie. Shake well before use.
